Liberia Innovative Sustainable Initiatives (LISI) is a youth-focused non-governmental organization committed to reducing poverty and fostering sustainable development across Liberia. Established to respond to the pressing needs of young people and their communities, LISI works to create opportunities that empower youth, protect the environment, promote health and well-being, and strengthen access to justice.
We believe that youth are central to building a peaceful, prosperous, and equitable society. Our programs are designed to develop skills, inspire leadership, and encourage civic participation while addressing critical challenges such as unemployment, environmental degradation, health risks, and social injustice.

Leadership
LISI is guided by a dedicated five-member Board of Directors, responsible for shaping and reviewing policies, mobilizing resources, and ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.

Organizational Structure
LISI operates through two main bodies:
Provides policy direction and Oversight.
